About:

QWEB is partnering with the Quebec Government Office in New York to sponsor the first US version of Virtual Design and Carbon: An Open Tool Builders Forum, as a complement to the Greenbuild and Industrialized Wood Building Conferences in Washington, DC.

The luncheon's learning objectives are aimed at architects, sustainability professionals, and carbon-conscious building policy advocates. Early phase design tools and new developments led by Canada's nonprofit timber producer associations will be showcased.  Mass timber, industrialized housing, and architectural glulam industry leaders will be in person to converse with attendees about their case studies. A catered lunch will be provided.

The event will take place on Thursday September 28th at NAHB's National Housing Center, at 1201 15th Street, Northwest (a short walk from the Greenbuild/IWBC venue).
